Waterside III Standing Committees:
Crisci Finance Committee – Chair: Jeff Lievense – Charlie Eck, Tom Kaiser, Connie Shepherd and Joel Wilmoth
Performs and annual review of the operating budget and reserve funds. This process encompasses all operating budget line items and all Reserve Study items. Past expenditures and projected requirements are considered. This effort produces a Waterside III budget recommendation to the Board for the subsequent year.
Risk Assessment Committee – Chair: – John Frey and Richard McKissock
Become familiar with and review any existing safety and security policies within Waterside III, WMA and EBIA, insurance issues for the Association and electronic media and communications supplied to the Waterside III community. Where appropriate, inform the Property Manager and Board of items that may potentially affect the community.
Building Committee – Chair: Scott Kitkowski – Doug Chyna, Walter Estep and John Schroeder
Become familiar with the building structures and systems. Inform the property manager of potential issues. Upon direction from the Board, assist property management as needed to resolve issues.
Pool Committee – Chair: Joe Romanelli – Scott Kitkowski and John Russo
Review pool area and pool maintenance. Work with Waterside IV and the WMA Property Manager on any problems/proposals. Take proposals for change to Waterside III/IV Boards.
Hounshell Social Committee – Co-Chairs: Laraine Yeatman and Judy Stewart – Patty VanGorder and Sue Walker
Schedule and coordinate social activities for owners and residents of Waterside III. Maintain scheduled use of the Social Room. Room guidelines are posted outside the Social Room above the calendar.
Website Committee – Chair: Janet Markelz – Donna Kaiser, Rainey Kitkowski and Linda McKissock
Create and maintain a user-friendly website that provides information and builds community.
Landscape Committee – Chair: – Jim Stewart
